Rinsing hay.

I have another thread here discussing my ponies Cushings/IR and in that thread rinsing hay came up. I thought I would start a new thread on my method used during the summer and how I am trying to find a way to keep rinsing hay in the winter with the least amount of trouble for all involved. I hope this thread gets others ideas posted as well, as each climate is different and everyone could learn a new, possible better, way to do it that works for their situation.
